Again, we'd expect that when working with us that we'll protect both parties with a non-disclosure agreement. Many companies have these already, we're happy to discuss your terms. Alternatively, if you don't have one, we have a specially drafted version to protect both parties.
We'll also not explicitly share your details or information on your project on any promotional material (including this web site) unless you have specifically agreed to with either us or one of our Strategic Partners. Most parties agree as its good to share success stories. We don't give away confidential or commercially sensitive information, but good news is always a good way to attract visitors to us and your site too.
