Simon – Founder
Simon established BSC Solutions having gained 19 years’ industry experience. He has a strong belief that it is possible to provide IT solutions to businesses using language that they understand, providing applications which are simple to use and well thought out.
Simon’s expertise covers all aspects of IT projects and solutions, ranging from requirements gathering, analysis, solutions design and project management. His skill set is based on the Microsoft .net MVC3 platform, using Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Server and Integration Services.

Becky – HR Manager & Copywriter
Becky joined the BSC team in a part time role providing key expertise in testing, training and documentation. Becky's career isn't in traditional IT, in fact she would describe herself as a non-techy person. Instead, Becky comes into her own assessing solutions from a user’s point of view and is one of our most valued "sounding boards".
Becky documents any system we build / deploy to ensure that we provide instructions aimed at users without the prior knowledge that IT people usually assume.

Kenny – Solutions Developer
Kenny joined the BSC team full time in November 2010. He brings with him a degree in Computer Science and his logical and adept c# and jquery programming skills. He is also a very accomplished SQL developer too, making his skills a 100% fit to our methodologies and target platforms.
Kenny made an immediate impact on the team when he joined in investigating and rolling out as our new development platform; the latest versions of c# / visual studio and MVC3 from Microsoft. All of Kenny’s work on our new projects and products is with this platform.

Andy – Solutions Developer
Andy joined BSC in June 2011 and has a strong foundation in developing software using all of the .net languages. Since joining us, he has quickly gained ground in our development principles, mechanisms and practices. We've already seen Andy make a good start at BSC and finished his first project within time and to budget - which considering it interfaces to Amazon is no mean feat.
We consider Andy to be a valued member of our team. He always has a good point of view to share when it comes to designing solutions.
