BSC with Strawberry are very proud to have brought MKM, one of the regions best known brands into our e-commerce family.
The web site whilst live continues to grow with additional product ranges being added by MKM to the web site over the coming months, as well as innovative methods of shopping for your product.
As part of the project, we were able to put our integration items through their paces, loading catalogue files of over 20,000 items into the database. The system copes well with this data, calculating the changes during the load, so that only the items that have changed are incorporated into the system, all of which is done within a minute - including the update to the live data, meaning that the site can function in an "always on" way.
We've also integrated into the back office, feeds from suppliers so that we have an accurate reflection of stock, and order status.
